Financials
Open up a team bank account with one other parent on the team. It is a good idea to have a treasurer to assist in the banking and monitoring the budget.
You may need a letter from the TRA association that gives you authorization to open a bank account in the name of your team. Both Signers are responsible for all finances for the team and signing authority for the account. A statement needs to sent out to team in middle and at end of season explaining how the fees were spent.
A budget for the year should include the additional ice fees,clothing, tournament fees, exhibition games and dry-land training.
